If you have been working out and are bored or are at a plateau with your current program, I can offer ideas and variables to your current training to enhance and reignite your enthusiasm for working out!
If you have thought about joining, a gym and felt intimidated taking classes because you did not know how to use the step, or do kickboxing, or any other class structure, one-on-one guidance will give you the foundation you need to feel confident about joining a group exercise class.
Programs
- Cardio Training
Treadmill, elliptical and recumbent bike machines. Space enough for a personal ‘class’ type workout, such as hi/lo, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, zumba, interval and circuit. We could go outside on nice days for a jog, or jog walk, ride bikes on the local path.
- Zumba Classes
Join the fun, exercise is optional! A group exercise class to latin music that is energizing and ‘followable.’ Zumba, it is so much fun! Do it as a part of your exercise plan, do it at your wedding, do it at parties with your friends. You will laugh and smile and really enjoy yourself. As a certified Zumba instructor you can try Zumba at my studio or I can teach it to you to do at other places. It is becoming popular to do Zumba at weddings. Try it, you’ll like it!
- Strength Training
Smith rack and dumbbells, calisthenics, pilates, bands and tubes and exercise balls. A good stretch is always included in every workout. All workouts are made to fit your needs, personality and capabilities.
- New Years Resolution
Why wait until the New Year to make your New Year’s Resolution! Get a jump start at the years end by hiring a personal trainer to get you past the time when quite a few people put on 5lbs, between Christmas and New Years. You can start a new trend by losing 5lbs with a good program of cardio and sculpting with weights and some great tips on how to make lasting changes to your perspective about eating during the holidays! Sick of it don’t have time? I can do it for you, even clean up and organize your cabinets and refrigerator for maximum efficiency. Maybe you just need a shopping guide… someone to help you pick the healthier alternatives from meals to snacks, soup to nuts… I’m your guide. Want meatballs made from scratch? Healthier stuffed shells? Salad prepared and ready to grab? I can prepare some food, save you time and provide a healtier option to picking something up. Home made meals offer ingredients without the chemicals.

Get a friend and commit to 6 weeks of personal training at the price for one. Learn how to properly use free weight to work your muscles effectively and how to find your fat burning zone to take your fitness to the next level. Plus take advantage of my knowledge of how to eat in order to make your program more productive. This is a great deal, too good to pass up.

Not sure what to give your best employees, why not give them the gift of a personal trainer for Christmas. What better way to say you really care. Special rates available for multi purchasing. You can offer some on the job site exercise tips to help relieve the tension of just sitting behind the desk all day. I’ll come in and show different simple exercises and stretches that can be done at or near the desk to help alleviate tension. It could be the difference in the amount of sick days an employee might need. That could save everyone money! Think, and ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
If you just want to tone up and get some definition and you have your own home gym and don’t know where to start, how many repetitions to do, or how many sets, I will educate you and show you how to do things with correct form for maximum benefits and safety. Free weights are a specialty, I love them, and we can use those too!

Prices and Services vary based on your individual needs. A Consultation is just $20.00 and takes approximately one hour. Exercise programs, menu planning and exercise sessions are available.
I can implement programs in my home or yours. You may choose a one-time appointment or make it a part of your life. Group lectures and small group exercise classes are also available. Sigh up, pay for six weeks in advance, and receive the 6th week at half the price of the agreed fee.
